PetsDealz is an online marketplace for pet products and pet ads in Pakistan. Product listings may be sold by PetsDealz or by independent partner shops.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to create an account and place orders.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been misused.

4. Orders and pricing

When you place an order, you offer to buy the products at the listed price, subject to availability. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or cannot be delivered to your address.

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and may change without notice before an order is confirmed.

5. Payment

We may offer cash on delivery and other payment methods shown at checkout. You agree to pay the order total, including delivery charges where applicable.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen due to weather, courier issues, or incorrect address details. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address.

7. Pet ads

Pet ads are listings by users. PetsDealz does not own the animals advertised and is not a party to any sale between buyers and sellers. Always meet safely, verify documents, and use your own judgment.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not post false, harmful, or illegal content
• Do not misuse another person’s account or data
• Do not attempt to disrupt the website or its systems

9. Liability

We aim to keep PetsDealz accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, PetsDealz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of PetsDealz after changes means you accept the updated terms.
